Software Deployment & Project Implementation Services
All our services are built and tested to the client's specifications
and made ready to be tested by client representatives. So our
implementation process is hands on and detailed, making our
installation process come in four key phases:
1) Planning and Project Management: Creating and
refining a project plan, ongoing management
of project activities, deliverables and schedules.
2) Requirements Definition and Analysis: Technical
and functional requirements are gathered
and analyzed relative to the Focus Solutions’ solution. Gaps
are noted, analyzed and resolutions
identified.
3) Configuration and Customization, Design, Build and Test:
Application configuration and
customization designs are built and tested.
4) Implementation & Roll-out: User acceptance,
solution testing, training users and migration of the
solution to the production environment.
Ongoing Training & Education
Focus Solutions offers substantial training, both during
implementation and post-going live. Training is comprehensive and
includes in-person classes, labs as well as on-the-job training via
on-site training support. The following types of training courses
